Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based workout allowing moms of all fitness levels to exercise with their children. Each class includes power walking/running along with intervals of strength training and toning using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment.
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga, and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. These classes yield amazing results within an exciting, fun format that also allows moms to exercise with their children.
Fit4Baby® is a program designed to safely and appropriately strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, along with stretching and balancing exercises.
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for the mama who wants her body back! Whether you just had your baby or your last child was born 20 years ago, this program will take your fitness to the next level, and, most importantly, help you unlock your personal possibilities within a powerful and motivating environment. Unlike our stroller-based classes, this is a moms-only fitness program -- a time for you to clear your head, target your fitness and wellness goals, and focus on becoming your best self!
Body Back Boost® is available to Body Back® session members who would like to add a workout to their twice-weekly classes AND to non-Body Back® session members who are looking to complement their current fitness regimens.
